Newcastle United agree six-figure deal for defender – set to sign become fifth summer signing

Despite the high praise, Pivas has remained grounded. “I didn’t know what came over me when I read that,” he admitted. “It took me time to accept those words and process them properly, to keep my composure, and I believe that I didn’t rise. Thanks to Nemanja for thinking that way, his advice is aimed at always giving my best. I never spare my opponents. I get more direct advice from coach Radovanović.”
Pivas will become Newcastle’s fifth summer signing, joining the ranks alongside Lewis Hall, Lloyd Kelly, Odysseas Vlachodimos, and John Ruddy, who all arrived on July 1. The addition of Pivas reflects the club’s strategy to bolster their squad with promising young talent.
