Newcastle star announces divorce from Towie wife: “It’s been a hard few months”

Carroll, a former Newcastle United player, has since signed with Bordeaux in France, living abroad while Billi stayed in Essex at their family home.

An insider shared more details, revealing that although Andy and Billi still care for each other and have shared many good memories, they felt it was in the best interest of the family to go their separate ways after growing apart.

Billi, who is active on social media, last posted a picture of Andy on Instagram about 14 weeks ago. On Andy’s Instagram, his most recent post featuring Billi dates back over a year, showing her alongside their five children in the stands at Madjeski Stadium in August 2023.

The couple had been together for 11 years, but their relationship faced a serious test when Andy was photographed in bed with two women during his stag party in Dubai.

After these images surfaced, Billi removed her £200,000 engagement ring and briefly left their Essex home. However, she later forgave Andy after one of the women involved, Taylor Jane Wilkey, publicly clarified that nothing inappropriate had taken place and that Andy had treated them with respect.

While their relationship has officially ended, both Andy and Billi are committed to ensuring their children remain their top priority as they navigate this new chapter. Their focus is now on co-parenting and maintaining a positive environment for their family despite the separation.
