Bazoumana Toure is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about young attackers in Europe, and it now looks increasingly likely that his next big step could take him to the Premier League.
Arsenal, Manchester United, and Newcastle United are all closely monitoring the Hoffenheim star, with each club aware that competition for his signature is only going to grow as his reputation continues to rise.
The 19-year-old Ivorian has enjoyed a rapid and impressive rise over the past year. He first caught the eye during his time at Swedish side Hammarby, where his pace, confidence, and direct attacking style made him stand out well beyond his age.
Since making the move to Hoffenheim at the start of 2025, his development has accelerated even further. In a short space of time, he has gone from being an exciting prospect to a trusted and influential member of the German club’s first team.
Toure has already featured in 29 matches for Hoffenheim and has been directly involved in 10 goals, a strong return for a teenager still learning the demands of top-level football.
This season alone, he has delivered seven goal contributions from 16 appearances, underlining his growing consistency. What has impressed scouts most is not just the numbers, but the maturity of his performances and his willingness to take responsibility in key moments.

Naturally left-sided but comfortable across the front line, Toure offers versatility that modern Premier League clubs value highly. He is quick, technically sharp, and thrives when games open up, making him especially effective in transition-based systems.
His ability to carry the ball at speed, beat defenders one-on-one, and make smart decisions in the final third has caught the attention of recruitment teams across Europe.
Interest from England is now very real. Arsenal, Manchester United, and Newcastle have all carried out detailed background checks and data-driven analysis on the winger, even as he represents his country at the Africa Cup of Nations.
Each club sees him as a long-term investment rather than a short-term fix, someone who can grow into a major role over the next few seasons.
Despite this growing interest, Hoffenheim are in no rush to sell. The German club would prefer to keep Toure until the end of the season and continue benefiting from his impact on the pitch.
While some clubs are reportedly considering offers around €35 million, Hoffenheim are believed to be holding out for a figure closer to €44 or €45 million before even thinking about letting him go. With his contract running until the summer of 2029, they are in a strong position and can afford to be patient.
A move to the Premier League would also bring a major financial uplift for the player. Currently earning around €840,000 per year, Toure would see a significant increase in wages if he makes the switch to England.
That said, the focus remains on timing. Manchester United and Arsenal are thought to be leading the race, but even they may need to wait until next summer to turn their interest into a completed deal.
For now, Toure’s priority is football, continuing his development and maintaining his impressive form. But with his stock rising fast and some of England’s biggest clubs watching closely, it feels like only a matter of time before he takes another major step in his young career.
